British Airways New Club World Service
The British Airways New Club World is more than a cabin in the aircraft. It is a whole experience from the moment a customer decides to fly with British Airways to the moment they arrive at their destination.
Beginning with ba.com
Customers can book British Airways flights online using the simple fare-led selling calendar, also choosing BA hotels, car hire and insurance at a few clicks of mouse.
Before you fly with BA you can use the 'manage my booking' tool on the BA site, allowing you to insert any advanced passenger information, select a seat, a special meal, print or email their itinerary or manage the British Airways Executive Club account.
Within 24-hours of the British Airways flight, BA customers can check-in online and print their boarding pass, ready to pass smoothly through the airport.
At the Airport
British Airways customers who have checked-in online, or used a self-service kiosk, can simply leave any luggage at the 'Fast Bag Drop' desk at the airport and make their way to the British Airways lounge.
There you can enjoy a treatment in the Elemis Travel Spa, catch up on some work in the Combiz centre, take advantage of the pre-flight dining should you wish to work or sleep as soon as you board the BA flight, or simply relax with a drink from the bar.
British Airways Club World customers will then be called for priority boarding.
On-board BA
The new British Airways cabin has been designed entirely with the needs of the customer in mind and developed based on extensive research.
The bed is wider and more comfortable and for the first time has a 'z' bed position which supports the knees and the back and is perfect for lounging, working or watching the in-flight entertainment. The bed will increase from six feet to six feet and six inches when in the 'z' position.
The seat has a new privacy screen which, thanks to innovative technology, appears opaque to those sat next to it but clear to cabin crew stood in the aisles allowing them to ensure that British Airways customers are looked after.
